EUBIOSIS SUPPORT , the program to support clinicians, patients, and their families in purchasing Lalbaay®, a food for special medical purposes, accompanied by a prescription from their treating clinician, is always active.
How to join the program
This program allows:
- patients and their families to access a discounted price, based on the family's income, on the purchase of Lalbaay®.
- clinicians can request company support in including Lalbaay® in treatment plans for rare diseases where the patient has an exemption for the same, requesting that the product be supplied at the expense of the NHS.
The process is simple, confidential, and immediate, and managed while protecting sensitive data through a simple ISEE self-certification. This will provide access to dedicated purchasing conditions. Furthermore, the company is committed to supporting treating clinicians, where possible following an exemption for the patient's rare disease, in including the product in their dedicated treatment plan and in liaising with National Health Service pharmacies for product purchase.
